Educational Workshops
PUENTES - BRIDGES hosts workshops on a variety of topics aimed at different aspects of the transition from school services to adult services for youth with intellectual or developmental disabilities. We strive to educate youth and families so they are well informed as they navigate this important part of their child’s life. Engaging in conversation and knowledge-sharing is what will allow youth with disabilities feel empowered to decide what their next steps will be.
Feel free to check out the workshops that have previously been presented below!
